JAMMU, Feb 12: The Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) and the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Government of India, have launched DAKSH (Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony), a pioneering Leadership Development Program aimed at fostering dynamic leadership in the public sector.
As part of the initiative, SCOPE and CBC signed an agreement with McKinsey & Company as the Knowledge Partner and IIM Ahmedabad as the Academic Partner. The agreement was signed by Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE; S P Roy, Joint Secretary, CBC; Prof Saral Mukherjee, Chairperson, Executive Education, IIM Ahmedabad and Amit Khera, Senior Partner, McKinsey.
The event was graced by Adil Zainulbhai, Chairman, CBC; Sandeep Kumar Gupta, Chairman SCOPE, along with senior representatives from the public sector and CBC.
