“In areas where school buildings have been declared unsafe or are undergoing repairs, you are directed to explore community-based alternatives to ensure that education is not disrupted. This includes utilizing available infrastructures such as community halls, Panchayat Ghars, religious places (e.g., temples, mosques, churches, and Gurudwaras) – on a voluntary basis,” read the communique, adding that Heads of Institutions shall inspect buildings before start of physical classes and start the same only after being satisfied about safety of schools and readiness of the institution.
