JAMMU, Aug 27: A delegation of J&K Government School Education Officers Association, called on Khursheed Ganai, Advisor to the Governor and apprised him of their demand of regularization of Incharge Headmasters
The delegation informed the Advisor that after January 1, 2011, no regularization of Incharge Headmasters has been done till date even as the Education Commissioner has framed a committee in the Secretariat for their regularization.
The said committee has collected the information of Headmasters through a proforma by the Directors, Schools Education, Jammu/Srinagar for their regularization but there was no further progress in this regard, the delegation added.
The Advisor gave a patient hearing to the deputation and assured to resolve their issue at the earliest.
The delegation comprised of Executive members of the Association, including S Paramjit Singh (president), Paramjit Kumar (vice-president), Himmat Raj, Romesh Sharma, H D Sharma, Darshan Lal and Rajinder Singh.
