RAJOURI, July 24: A Government Primary School building in Daki Angari, Panchayat Bro (Kalakote Zone), collapsed .
No students were present as the school was closed, preventing what could have been a major tragedy.
The building was reportedly in a dilapidated condition, with repeated complaints from locals about cracks, seepage, and structural risks—yet no timely action was taken. The incident has triggered public anger and demands for accountability.
Locals have urged immediate arrangements for continuing students’ education in a safe facility and the early construction of a new building.
