Sir,
Those of the morning walkers who use Manda walk path from the High court side in the morning as also a few in the evening are sore about some people, especially the younger ones riding motor cycles or even taking cars and other vehicles into the walking trail sometimes even two to three kilometers up. This not only creates pollution in the area to fight which some people, particularly suffering from diabetes, Hyper tension and breathing problems frequent this patch of a nice place , but it creates noise and disturbance to the animals who are not used to the exposure to noise. Some people though in rare cases are also found to cut big branches of green trees to be carried to be used as fire wood . None from the Forest Department is deputed to check this wood stealing or causing damage to trees already dwindling in number due to construction of some buildings , perhaps forming part of the High court complex. We are reeling under atmospheric pollution , virtually no place to breathe fresh and at least this patch may be saved from any type of abuse or mis- use.
Yours etc…..
