JAMMU, Mar 17: Lt Governor, Manoj Sinha today appointed Sat Pal Sharma as Honorary Secretary of Jammu Regional Committee of J&K Branch of Indian Red Cross Society.
A Raj Bhawan spokesman said that Sharma, a former senior Private Secretary in the J&K Government has been appointed by the Lt Governor, who is also President of Indian Red Cross Society, J&K Branch, as Hony Secretary of the Regional Red Cross Committee (Jammu Division), for a term of two years from the date he assumes the charge of the post. Earlier, Dinesh Gupta was holding this position.
