Jammu, January 31: Smt. Santosh Sharma, wife of late Shri Baldev Sharma, former MLA, and mother of senior IAS officer Shri Amit Sharma, passed away in Jammu today.
She was the mother of Shri Amit Sharma, IAS, Director of Census Operations for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. He is a 2012 batch AGMUT cadre officer.
Smt. Santosh Sharma was widely respected for her dignity and quiet support to public life.
The family is currently residing at 28-C, C/D, Green Belt Park, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
