JAMMU, Feb 3 : Sanjay Raina a Shaivite scholar and subject specialist today said that the goal of Swami Ram Shaiv Trik Ashram, Naseeb Nagar, Janipur is to ensure that the scientific and spiritual logic of Kashmir Shaivism as propounded by Mahamaheshwaracharya Abhinavgupt and Mahamaheshwaracharya Swami Ram Ji Maharaj is not lost to time or displacement.
Addressing a concluding function of month long spiritual programme at the Ashram here he said, the Ashram, continues its mission to serve as a Learning & Research Centre for Shaiv Darshan, ensuring the light of Kashmir Shaivism remains vibrant for future generations.
“By engaging our community in exile especially youth in the recitation of the Bahuroopgarbh Stotram, we are reconnecting the new generation with their profound civilizational identity”, he added.
Following the success of the Maag Maas Pooja, Surender Kachroo, president informed that the Ashram will host a series of intensive Hairath Preparation Sessions starting next week. These sessions will provide practical demonstrations of the Vatuk Pooja rituals, etc.
The spiritual programme, which saw global participation via live streaming, was dedicated to the preservation and propagation of the rich civilizational roots of the Kashmiri Pandit community, said jai Krishan Khar general secretary of the Ashram.
The devotees continuously thronged during 30 days, recitation of sacred during Shastras and Mantras.
The proceedings were conducted under the expert guidance of Sanjay Raina.
To accommodate the large number of local devotees and a global audience, sessions were held in two daily shifts.
A significant highlight of the event was a specialized workshop focused on the Hairath (Har Ratri) festival.
