Sanction accorded to revalidation of waiting list candidates

JAMMU, Sept 8: In relaxation of Rule 14(7) of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Decentralization) Recruitment Rules 2010, the J&K UT Government has today accorded sanction to revalidation of waiting list adjunct to the selection list for the post of teachers under Prime Minister’s Package for district cadre Shopian, Srinagar, Pulwama, Kupwara, Kulgam Budgam, Baramulla, Bandipor and Anantnag in pursuance to advertisement notification No 1 of 2012 dated 19-07-2012.
The recommendation to this was made by Service Selection Board November 11, 2017.
An order to this effect was issued by Principal Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, Asgar Hassan Samoon today.
Meanwhile, the waiting list teachers have complimented the Government as well as Advisor to Lt Governor, K K Sharma, Principal Secretary, School Education, Asgar Samoon and Commissioner Secretary GAD, Manoj Kumar Dwivedi and others for the decision. The All Parties Migrant Coordination Committee (APMCC) president, Vinod Pandit and Youth All India Kashmiri Samaj (YAIKS) president, R K Bhat have also complimented Government for the decision and said this was the result of the struggle launched by their organisations for the cause of these candidates who at last got the justice.
