JAMMU, Feb 14: Samvedna Society Chairman and prominent social activist, Keshav Chopra here today organized a programme to provide Ration Cards, PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat Golden Cards) and ABHA cards to the locals.
Speaking on the occasion Chopra expressed gratitude to Director Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and her team for approving Ration Cards on urgent basis.
He emphasized on the importance of Ration Cards to avail the benefits of several schemes including Ayushman Bharat Golden Card and also to avail the benefit of pension.
Chopra said that PMJAY is the largest health insurance scheme in the world providing free treatment to millions of people.
“Similarly ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) Card helps individuals to access healthcare benefits and store their medical information digitally in one account,” he maintained adding: “Samvedna Society is committed to provide doorstep services of these important schemes to the common man so that maximum people can take advantage of these.”
Anju Chopra, Manoj Tandon, Sourav Gupta, Vikas Kumar, Dr. Krishan Kumar, Parshotam Gupta, Sushil and others were also present on the occasion.
