JAMMU, May 15: Samooh Theatre here today organised a one day theatre festival at Abhinav Theatre.
Neha Jalali, Joint Director ROB and PIB was the chief guest while Om Bhuria and Bhart Chulu were special guests.
Speaking on the occasion Neha Jalali expressed hope that Samooh will continue its programmes for the promotion art and artists.
Samooh presented Kashmiri play ‘Ghar Devta’ written by Manoj Sheri and translated into Kashmiri by Vijay Wali while Ravinder Sharma and Anita Chandpuri jointly directed the play.
The artists who performed in the play were Rahul Pandita and Ravi Dhar.
Sandeep Manhas designed and operated the Music and Ravinder Sharma designed and operated the lights, the costumes were designed by Krishan Bala, set was designed by Shaleen Mahajan while Rahul Pandita and Sandeep Manhas were assistant directors.
