SAMBA, June 16: Samba Police has succeeded in tracing a kidnapped girl within 24 hours of her kidnapping and repatriated her with the parents. The police after recovering the girl recorded her statement. In her statement she revealed that she was kidnapped by one Sanju S/o Sham Bhatti R/o W. No 04 Samba who also outraged here modesty after kidnapping her. The police arrested the accused person. In this regard a case FIR No. 124/2017 U/S 363/376 RPC has been registered in P/S samba and further investigation of the case is taken up.
A police party of Samba Police led by SHO Samba, Inspector Yash Paul Singh under the close supervision of Dy. SP Hqrs. Samba, Tanvir Ahmed on the directives of SSP Samba Anil Magotra who has launched a continuous drive against the criminals and drug peddlers in the district on the basis of a specific information raided the hideout and recovered the girl and nabbed her kidnapper.
