SAMBA, May 3: In continuation to its drive against the absconders/criminals, Samba police apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case FIR registered at Police Station (PS) Ghagwal during the year 2013.
A police team of PS Ghagwal headed by SHO, Ghagwal apprehended an absconder namely Nazir Hussain, son of Ibrahim of Tanda Supwal district Samba wanted in case FIR No. 53/2013 U/S 188 RPC, 2/3 PCA Act registered at PS Ghagwal.
Accordingly, the absconder was produced in the court of law and lodged in the District Jail Kathua. Thus the arrest warrant was issued against him U/ 512 CrPC, police said.
