SAEL selects 10 students in campus placement drive at SBSSU

FEROZPUR, Sept 8: Sukhbir Agro Energy Ltd. (SAEL), a leading organization engaged in developing and managing sustainable infrastructure solutions with a focus on renewable energy today conducted a campus placement drive at Shaheed Bhagat Singh State University (SBSSU), Ferozepur.
The drive was organized for BSc Agriculture students of 2023, 2024 and 2025 batches.
Following a pre-placement talk, written test and interview rounds, the company selected 10 students.
Among the successful candidates are Inderjeet Thakur, Vikramjeet Singh, Sujan Kaur, Beant Singh and Lovepreet Sharma, along with five other meritorious students.
Congratulating the Career Development Cell (CDC) team and the selected students, Vice-Chancellor Prof (Dr) Susheel Mittal said, “The rigorous selection process highlighted the competence and merit of SBSSU students.”
He reaffirmed the University’s commitment to facilitating campus recruitments and generating employment opportunities for the youth of the border belt, thereby strengthening technical and higher education in the region.
Registrar Prof Gazal Preet Arneja also lauded the efforts of the Career & Development Cell, led by Coordinator Dr Tejeet Singh, Co-Coordinator Inderjeet Singh Gill and Co-Coordinator Retaish Uppal.
She extended her best wishes to the selected students and their families for a bright future.
