MUMBAI, April 22: The Rupee continued to remain strong on Monday as it advanced 11 paise to close strong at 83.37 against the USD on selling US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign exchange said.
The local unit rose by 5 paise at 83.42 in opening session. During the day It was rallied further by 11 paise to finish at 83.37 as compared to its previous figure.
The Rupee recorded intra days high and low at 83.34 and 83.44 respectively, dealer added. (UNI)
