RSS chief arriving on Nov 13

JAMMU, Nov 11: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak (chief), Dr Mohan Rao Bhagwaat is arriving here on a two days special visit on November 13.
Soon after his arrival in Winter Capital in the afternoon from New Delhi, Dr Bhagwat will straightaway drive to Vidya Bharti, Ved Mandir Ambphalla for haltage. He will address the RSS cadets at Parade Ground at 2pm later in the day.
According to sources, RSS cadets from entire Jammu region will participate in the Ghanvesh on the occasion. Even the BJP ministers of coalition Government will be also present in the Ghanvesh which will be of the new type this time as RSS has changed the dress code and the Nikker has been replaced by pant.
Sources said the Ghanvesh will be followed by the meeting with top RSS functionaries in which the prevailing situation in the State and country will be discussed. The situation created on border and LoC and the problems faced by the people will also form the part of discussion, sources added.
Next day in the morning, Dr Bhagwat will visit Pouni Chak to participate in a programme at a hostel run by Sewa Bharti an offshoot of RSS which is working for the upliftment of poor, orphan children and destitute.  He will interact with the inmates of the hostel and local people of the area also during the programme.
Later Dr Bhagwat will address a programme of Nari Shakti Sangam at Eden Gardens on Akhnoor road before his departure to Delhi.
The RSS functionaries of the State have given final shape to arrangements for the two days programme.
