NEW DELHI : The Rajya Sabha on Friday paid tributes to the martyrs of the Kargil war on the 20th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas.
As soon as the House met for the day, Chairman Venkaiah Naidu paid tributes to the soldiers of the Kargil war.
Members of the Upper house observed a minute of silence in memory of the martyred soldiers.
