JAMMU, July 29: The Rotary Club of Jammu Tawi witnessed the installation ceremony attended by Rotarians and dignitaries from across India to celebrate the leadership of Dr. Shivani as the new president.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of RI Director FLT Lt. KP Nagesh as chief guest and he inspired the audience with his deep insights into Rotary’s mission.
He said, “United, we can do a lot. Rotary is the only organization that truly believes in giving, not taking. With the right people, Rotary can go very far.”
He expressed firm belief that under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Shivani, the Rotary Club of Jammu Tawi should soon grow to a century of members — a landmark of 100 committed individuals united in service.
One of the most memorable moments of the event was the induction of new members.
Also playing a significant role in the proceedings was DG Dr. Dushyant, who was recognized for his enduring dedication and service to the Club.
Rotary Club Jammu Tawi hosted distinguished guests from across the country, including DG Rohit Oberoi, PDG Jeetendra Aneja, DGN Vijay Sahdev, PDG GS Bawa, DGE Anil Singal, IPDG Dr. PS Grover and several senior Rotarians.
