SRINAGAR, Nov 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Government today issued the official roster detailing the availability of Administrative Secretaries at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, for the period of December 2025 to January 2026.

As per the roster, Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner/ Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Sarmad Hafeez, Commissioner / Secretary, Social Welfare Department will remain available in the Srinagar Civil Secretariat from 1st to 5th December while Santosh Dattatraya Vaidya, Principal Secretary, Finance Department and Zubair Ahmad, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Floriculture, Parks & Gardens, will remain available from 8th to 12th December.
Similarly, Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary, Home Department and Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Administrative Secretary, Labour & Employment Department will remain available from 15th to 19th December while Niraj Kumar, Secretary, Public Grievances Department and Avny Lavasa, Administrative Secretary, Transport Department will remain available from 22nd to 26th December.
Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Secretary Tribal Affairs and Ram Niwas Sharma, Secretary, School Education Department, will remain available at the Srinagar Civil Secretariat from December 29, 2025 to January 2, 2026.
