JAMMU, Jan 15: Additional Secretary Rohit Sharma has been nominated as First Appellate Authority of the General Administration Department in the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, with immediate effect.
He has been nominated as the FAA in pursuance of Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and an order in this regard was issued today.
