JAMMU, Feb 17: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has posted senior IAS officer Talat Parvez Rohella as Secretary to the Government, Planning Development and Monitoring Department (PD&MD).

“In the interest of administration, Talat Parvez Rohella, IAS (AGMUT 2010), Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K is hereby transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Planning Development and Monitoring Department,” read an order issued by M Raju, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
