JAMMU, Nov 1: Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University accorded warm send off to its four officials including Mir Hussain Chowdhury (Security Officer), Feroz u din Shah (Incharge, Regional office Srinagar), Ramesh Koul (Incharge, Regional office Jammu and RK Bhan (Senior Accountant).
Prof Javed Musarrat, Vice Chancellor of the University in his address, shared his unforgettable memories with the retiring officials and wished them a happy and prosperous post-retirement life. Dean Academic Affairs of the University, Prof Iqbal Parwez and Dr Ashfaq Ahmed Zarri, Registrar of the University, were also present in the function.
An impressive farewell was accorded to Susheel Kumari Sharma, Master of GMS Chak, centre of zone Dsndesar, Nowshera in district Rajouri, who retired after rendering a glorious service of more than 30 years. The function was organized by the cluster of schools at GMS Bagnoti, wherein the Headmaster of the host school, Mohan Lal Sharma, and other teachers wished the retiring Master a happy and healthy retired life.
A farewell party programme was organized by the PHE Employees Welfare Association, district unit Kathua at main pumping station located at Hiranagar Morh, in favour of retirees– Sukhjeet Singh, Ved Parkash, Sham Lal and Lekh Raj, in the presence of PHE Sub-Division authority and other employees of the department. The association leaders honoured the retirees with mementoes wished them peaceful and healthy post retirement life.
Staff and students of Government Higher Secondary School Chiralla accorded a warm and affectionate farewell to Lab Assistant Nek Ram who attained superannuation on October 31after rendering 34 years of service in the education department. All the staff members and students wished him a very healthy, happy and prosperous post retirement life.
Jammu University Non-Teaching Employees Union accorded a warm send off to Bashi Ram Sharma, Assistant Registrar (Directorate of Distance Education) & Dev Raj (Head Assistant, Examination ), who retired after attaining the age of superannuation on 31st of October. The farewell was held in the Office Chamber of Non-Teaching Employees Union, Administr-ation Block University of Jammu.
