RAJOURI, May 26: A retired Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) was killed while three others were injured in a car accident near Lamberi in Nowshera area last night.
Reports said that mishap took place at around 11.30 pm when the retired ASI Gulshan Kumar, resident of Rajouri was returning home in his Alto car from Jammu. Near Lamberi, the vehicle went out of control and rolled down into a gorge. It was badly hit against a tree.
All the injured were rushed to Sunderbani hospital by the locals of the area. While Gulshan Kumar died in hospital, three others including his wife, son and another relative were referred to GMC Hospital, Jammu. The police registered a case in this connection.
