KISHTWAR, Jan 13: Fire inflicted massive damage in a residential house at village Margi in mountainous Warwan area here this evening.
The fire hit two storey house belonged to one Gulam Nabi, son of Ab Aziz, resident of village Margi, Tehsil Warwan.
After knowing about the fire incident, locals of the area along with cops started an operation to douse the blaze and they were later on joined by personnel from Fire and Emergency Services.
Before the fire was doused after hectic efforts, it has already inflicted heavy damage to the building and the things kept inside it.
However, there was no loss of life and injury to anyone in the incident.
Police has registered a case in this regard and started investigation to ascertain the reasons behind the blaze.
