Reserved category students take out protest rally

JAMMU, Nov 24: Gujjar Bakerwal Students Welfare Association took out a protest against the scraping of reservation in promotion of the Government employees.
Students of reserved category from different organizations, took part in the protest rally, which was also addressed by some leaders.
While speaking the gathering, Sate president of GBSWA, Zulfqar Kassana said that recent judgment to scrap reservation in promotion, was discrimination with the deprived classes. “It seems to be first move of Government to end reservation, which is our fundamental right as mentioned in the Article 16 clause 4 and sub clause A of the Constitution, he added.
Founder patron of GBSWA Talib Hussain also addressed the students and appealed them to stand against this discriminatory attitude of the Government.
