SRINAGAR, Dec 15: Renowned pathologist Dr A R Khan has been felicitated on the release of his academic book titled ‘Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology of Paragangliomas’.
The felicitation came during the recently held APCON 2025, the 73rd Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists (IAPM) at Government Medical College, Jammu.
The book has received recognition in India and abroad for its contribution to diagnostic pathology, particularly in the specialised field of cytology.
It is being described as an important reference for pathologists and medical professionals handling complex cases of paragangliomas.
Dr Khan was earlier conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award by the IAPM in recognition of his contributions to pathology.
The award was presented on December 12, 2024, at Cuttack in Odisha.
