JAMMU, May 27: There is good news on cards for the city foodies as Fortune Inn Riviera, Jammu is going to present spanking new menu at Jammuites’ favourite restaurant ‘Earthen Oven’.
A whole lot of new and selective range of Kebabs, Kofta’s, Biryani’s, Indian Gravie’s and Meetha from Awadhi, Hyderbadi and Persian Cuisines has been added to the existing menu courses.
Speaking on the occasion, Gaurav Singh Manhas, General Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera, said that the food connoisseurs can savor their truly exceptional new menu. The special a’la cart menu features a variety of carefully selected vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, shorbhas, breads, kebabs, desserts and much more…
Tursch-E-Paneer, Palak aur Anjeer Ke Kofte, Dal-E-Fortune, Mirch aur Baingan Ka Salan, are the vegetarian delicacies and Murgh Akbari, Awadhi Nihari, Keema Chaap, Nalli Ka Qorma, Murgh Dhaniwala Korma are among the non-vegetarians.
Also introducing new Biryanis like Motia Biryani, Kofte Ki Biryani; and Kebabs like Mirch Ke Kebab, Palak aur Anjeer ke Kebab. Popular and mouth- watering Punjabi street food like Aalu Tikki, Papdi Chat and Alu Aur Matar Ka Samosa will also be served.
