JAMMU, June 22: A meeting of the Kashmiri migrant relief holders and over aged youth was held here, today in which the problems of displaced community were discussed.
The meeting said that the over-aged displaced youth were worst sufferers of the turmoil and no concrete policy has been framed for their survival by the Central as well as State Governments.
The meeting said that none of the Central or State Government run schemes for the economic upliftment, education, health, employment and social welfare have been extended to them. Even they are not covered under Ayushman Bharat Health Insurance scheme.
The meeting said that under the self-employment and Skill Development forms were submitted to Relief Organisation about a year ago and nothing concrete has merged out of it.
The meeting said no return and rehabilitation will be possible till a concrete and comprehensive blue print is formulated in agreement with the community.
Rakesh Bhat , Rohit Pandit, Rakesh Seth, Ramesh Sopori, Opinder, Sunil Kumar, Satish Kumar and others attended the meeting.
