JAMMU, Mar 17: State High Court has directed the Chief Education Officer Jammu to release the unpaid salary/wages of the petitioners, who were appointed as Class IV employees in the Education Department.
The direction was passed in a petition filed by large number of Class IV employees, who submitted that their wages have not been released since long.
After hearing Advocate Atif Rehmatulla vice Advocate Anil Sethi, Justice Tashi Rabstan directed the CEO jammu to release unpaid salary in favour of petitioners within three weeks.
