Advertisements are non-tangible, irrevocable goods. Once published, no refund is issued under standard circumstances.

We do not offer refunds on digital e-paper purchases once the order has been completed.

A refund is honoured only if the advertisement did not appear in the publication ordered. Processed within 4–7 days.

Since dailyexcelsior.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods (advertisements), we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the advertisements are published.

No Refund After Publication Once an advertisement has been published in any of our print or digital publications, the transaction is considered complete and no refund will be processed.

We also do not offer refunds on digital e-paper purchases. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon booking any kind of advertisement at our site.

Customer Responsibility: By placing an advertisement booking with Daily Excelsior, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy. Please ensure all advertisement details are correct before confirming your order.

Eligible Refund Condition

We only honour requests for a refund for the following reason:

Eligible for Refund If the advertisement did not appear in any publication ordered — i.e., the ad was booked and paid for but was not published in the specified edition or medium.

Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to you through the same payment mode used at the time of making the payment.

4–7 Days

Processing Time The refund will be processed within 4 to 7 business days through the same mode which was used for making the original payment — whether that is UPI, net banking, credit/debit card, or any other online payment method.
