Sir,
There is dire need of reform in professional education (B.Ed) policy. Some suggestion are given in the direction. B.Ed should made compulsory for appointment and for those candidate having simple qualification B.A., B.Com and B.Sc. Candidate having M.Sc, M.Phil, Ph.D, NET, SET and those having teaching experience of more than 10 years should be excluded from doing B.Ed.
For Headmaster, Principal, Zonal Educational Officer and Chief Education Officer post, J&K PSC should conduct exam and interview so that efficient and intelligent person come forward in educational field.
