Record number of pilgrims to join Amarnath Yatra: BJP

JAMMU, June 27: BJP Seh Parbhani for Kashmir and National Executive Member, Rafiq Ahmed Wani today expressed hope that record number of pilgrims from different parts of the country will visit the holy cave of Shri Amarnath Ji this year to pay obeisance.
Talking to media persons at Anantnag today he said that people of Kashmir will warmly welcome the pilgrims during the annual Yatra beginning from July 3, 2025.
Wani said that his party will install welcome gates right from Jawahar tunnel to the holy cave on both tracks to greet the pilgrims.
“The Yatris will have no problem here as the people of Kashmir are going to render all cooperation to them,” he maintained expressing the hope that this year’s Yatra will surpass all previous records.
