Real Kashmir, Galaxy FC drub opponents by 2-0 goals each

SRINAGAR, Sept 6: Real Kashmir Under-18 trounced Kashmir United FC, whereas Galaxy FC drubbed Etihad FC by each two goals to zero (2-0) in the ongoing DFA Srinagar Annual Football League Tournament -2021, being played at Synthetic Turf TRC, here today.
The first match was played between Real Kashmir U-18 and Kashmir United FC. Both the teams displayed their offensive Football, dribbling, man to man marking and perfect ball control during the match. Mufaid of Real Kashmir who secured the first goal in the 12th minute of the game for his team but Kashmir United FC tried hard to equalize the game but failed to do so. In the 2nd half, Real Kashmir once again started the game with an aggressive note and increased their margin by scoring another goal through Faisal in 50th minute and won the match by two goals to nil.
The second match was played between Etihad FC and Galaxy FC. It was in the 7th minute of the first half that Syed Fahkar of Galaxy FC scored a goal for his team, followed by Etihad FC’s players putting a lot of pressure on their opponents to find the equalizer but did not succeed. The 2nd half of the match saw beautiful moves from both sides but could not break the ice. In the 55th minute, Galaxy FC was awarded a penalty kick for an offence and Syed Fahkar of Galaxy FC consolidated their lead and defeated Etihad FC by 2:0 goals.
The tournament is being organized by District Football Association Srinagar in collaboration with JKSC.
