JAMMU, Sept 30: In a major step towards curbing bovine smuggling, Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Ramban, Kuldeep Singh today ordered suspension of Registration Certificates (RCs) of five vehicles which were involved in bovine smuggling.
The RCs were suspended after it was established by the ARTO office that the vehicles were involved in bovine smuggling.
Earlier, also many RCs of the vehicles which were smuggling the bovines had been suspended.
