JAMMU, May 15: Ranjan Prakash Thakur, who is presently working as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), has been transferred to Indian Railways Institute of Transport Management (IRITM) and appointed as Director General.
He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
“Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that Ranjan Prakash Thakur, HAG/IRTS, presently working as CVO/ONGC, should be transferred to IRITM, appointed in pay level-16 and posted as Director General, till further orders,” read an order issued by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India.
