JAMMU, Apr 10: Continuing the momentum of development in the Bahu constituency, senior BJP leader and MLA Vikram Randhawa inaugurated a newly constructed street in Ward No. 2, Sunjwan Lower near here, today.
The inauguration was carried out in the presence of officials from the Rural Development Department (RDD), including BDO, Sandeep Gupta, Panchayat Secretary, Younas Malik and contractor Ismayal.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Randhawa reiterated his commitment to the holistic development of every ward in the constituency and emphasized that better roads and infrastructure are the backbone of growth in rural as well as semi-urban areas. He appreciated the swift execution of the project by the concerned department and urged them to maintain the same pace for upcoming developmental works.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the local residents and prominent figures including Narian Dutt Tripathi (DDC), Surjeet Singh (Mandal president), Raman, Farmaan, Gulshan, Ajay Sharma, Daljeet Singh, Vikram Singh, Babbu, Liaquat Ali, Shakeel, Amit Gupta, Abdulmani (Panch), Billa (Lamberdar), among others. Their presence reflected the strong support and satisfaction of the public toward the ongoing developmental initiatives in the region.
