JAMMU, Feb 10: Reaffirming the commitment of the Central Government towards the holistic development of Jammu and Kashmir, Vikram Randhawa, senior BJP leader and MLA Bahu constituency, today inaugurated the newly constructed lane and drain project at Sanjay Nagar, with a total estimated cost of Rs 37 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion, Randhawa emphasized the Modi Government’s unwavering focus on ensuring better road connectivity and improved civic amenities for the residents.
He said, “Infrastructure development remains a top priority under PM Narendra Modi’s vision for a prosperous and self-reliant Jammu and Kashmir. The BJP-led Government is committed to transforming Jammu & Kashmir through better infrastructure, employment opportunities and welfare schemes.”
“Under the leadership of PM Modi, Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed unprecedented growth, with a special focus on road connectivity, drainage systems, water supply and electricity. BJP remains dedicated to the welfare of the people and every effort will be made to uplift the living standards of the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir,” he added.
The MLA further assured that more such developmental initiatives are in the pipeline to cater to the growing needs of the residents.
