JAMMU, May 16: Continuing his commitment to grassroots governance and citizen engagement, MLA Bahu, Ch. Vikram Randhawa today conducted a comprehensive public outreach tour in Sanjay Nagar Sector 4 Extension.
The visit aimed to assess local infrastructure, listen to public grievances and ensure coordinated efforts among key departments.
The MLA was accompanied by senior officials from various departments including the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Power Development Department (PDD) and Public Health Engineering (PHE), who took note of the issues raised by residents and assured prompt redressal.
Mandal president, Ritika also joined the tour, along with prominent local leaders Narinder Koki, Vinod Singh, Karnail Singh, Sahil Gupta, Darshan Singh, Manjeet Singh, and others. Their presence highlighted the collective commitment of the party and administration toward improving civic amenities and addressing public concerns effectively.
During the tour, several issues were discussed including sanitation, street lighting, water supply and road maintenance. Ch. Vikram Randhawa directed the concerned officials to expedite pending works and emphasized the importance of transparency and accountability in service delivery.
Residents of the area expressed appreciation for the proactive approach of the MLA and urged for regular follow-ups to ensure timely completion of development works.
