JAMMU, Oct 3: Dogra Degree college, Bassi kalan, Bari Brahmana, Samba organized a Quiz competition in the college premises of BBA department.
The guest of honor was Gulchain Singh Charak, chairman Dogra Educational Trust and former Minister of J&K who showered his blessings on the children.
During the Quiz the director adm and Cd DET S C.Khajuria and Principal Poonam Gupta of BBA addressed and motivated the students to take part in such co-curicular activities as the they develop self confidence and shun stage fear.
The quiz competition comprised of total 5 teams which included 3 participants in each teams, from BBA Ist Sem and 3rd Sem who took part with great enthusiasm and showed team spirit, which included both boys and girls of both these semesters.
Team A was comprised of Sakshi, Manminder and Amit Dubey. Team B had Shubam, Anubhav and Sahil. Team C included Rishab, Amanjit and Kudshian. Team D had Sahil, Anjali and Aman Singh and team E had Vishab Pratap, Niggat and Ankit.
There were total four rounds namely, Round 1 (pass on), Round 2 (rapid fire), Round 3 (quick yes/no) and Round 4 (guessing). The faculty members of BBA introduced each round one by one after brief introduction of Rules of The Quiz. Overall winning team was Team-C whereas team D and E were runner-ups and the names of participants are Rishab, Amanjit and Kudshiya. The winners of the quiz were announced and facilitated with momentums by the Director Adm and Cd DET and Principal DDC.
