The necessity of having the prescribed minimum qualification for the parliamentarians has been the debate for a long time now. But neither the opposition parties nor the ruling party has come out with any suggestion on this issue.
Mostly there is no field today where you need not to have a prescribed qualification. Parliament being the representative character of the country needs to pass a bill with thorough debate for fixing the minimum qualification for the parliamentarians.
Secondly, presently anybody with or without any prescribed qualification can enter the pious institute of democracy. After the elections it is necessary to give basic training to the parliamentarians for knowing how to participate in the parliamentary affairs and how to behave as a true parliamentarian.
