JAMMU, Apr 11: The Public Works Department (Road & Building) has placed 107 Degree and Diploma holder Assistant Engineers (AEs)/Incharge AEs of the Civil Wing as Incharge Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) in their own pay and grade on a stop gap basis.
