SRINAGAR, May 27: The General Administration Department today appointed Rakesh Kumar as Private Secretary with the Minister of State for Finance, Planning ,Information Technology, CAPD, Law and Justice and Relief and Rehabilitation.
Mr Kumar was earlier posted as Private Secretary to Director, Horticulture Jammu.
