SAMBA, Jan 10: Purmandal Police has recovered a kidnapped girl and arrested her kidnapper from Mohan Mandi, Jaipur in Rajasthan who was kidnapped two years back and was residing in Jaipur under fake identity.
According to police, the kidnapper Hem Raj Sharma, son of Gian Chand Sharma of Pacholi Purmandal had kidnapped the girl two years back and was residing at Jaipur with fake identity.
A Police team headed by PSI Ashish Choudhary, In charge SHO, PS, Purmandal under the supervision of Anil Magotra SP Samba and Hilal Khaliq Bhat, in charge SDPO, Bari Brahmana on the basis of a clue visited Jaipur and raided the hideout where the kidnapper was residing along the girl.
The identity of the girl was not disclosed who belonged to village Sangrah (Purmandal) tehsil and district Samba.
A case FIR No 07/2012 Under Section 366 RPC has been registered in P/S Purmandal.
The case was registered in PS Purmandal by the father of the girl in 2012 that his daughter has been kidnapped by Hem Raj Sharma. Since then the police was on lookout for the girl. However after getting the information that the accused was in Rajasthan the police swung into action and the team was deployed to raid the hideout.
