MENDHAR, Apr 30: Residents of Mohalla Manhasan and Dachhal in the town here held protest demonstration against the Power Development Department today.
The residents of the area came out on the road and then moved to the office of PDD and held strong protest. They alleged that a transformer installed in the locality went out of order about two months back but despite repeated requests the concerned staff it was not repaired. They raised slogans against the PDD officials concerned the Divisional Administration. Naib Sarpanch Mohd Aslam was leading. They warned to put a lock on the PDD office at Mendhar if the transformer was not repaired within three days.
