Protect wildlife animals, medicinal plants in Lohar -Manda: WLW

JAMMU, Dec 29: Ahead of the New Year, Vijay Kumar, Wild Life Warden (WLW), today asked the morning walkers to protect the wild animals and medicated fruit plants in the Lohar Manda hill top area.
Vijay Kumar, the chief guest, was addressing to the morning walkers, during a function organised by the Morning Walkers Association (MWA), here today.
He said, “Our main aim is to protect the wild life animals with the protection of trees of this sanctuary especially the medicated and fruit plants. It’s the duty of every morning walker here to keep this sanctuary neat and clean by placing the Dust-bins at different points of the walking track.”
Rakesh Sharma, General Secretary of MWA said, “We have come to the conclusion that morning walk is very good for Health.”
Sham Lal Dogra, Senior member of MWAS said that this place is a god gift to the citizens of Jammu city for morning and evening walk, which is totally free from Pollution.
Bansi Lal Choudhary, President of MWA made special thanks to all the members for their attendance.
