RAJOURI, Dec 20: In a significant action against anti-national elements, the district administration today attached the property of a proclaimed offender and Pakistan based terror handler in Budhal area of Rajouri district.
Taking stringent action, the administration attached the property of Zia ul Rehman, son of Abdul Gafoor, a resident of Samote, in Budhal, measuring 19 Marlas and 5 Sarsai today. The attachment was carried out following the orders of the Court under the provisions of FIR No. 10/2021 U/S 2/3 of EIMCO Act registered at Police Station Budhal.
The operation was conducted in the presence of Revenue authorities, ensuring strict compliance with legal procedures. This action underscores the firm resolve of Police to act against elements involved in activities detrimental to the nation’s security.
