SRINAGAR, Jan 1: Prof G Mustafa Shah, Professor in PG Department of Zoology and the Dean, Faculty of Biological Sciences, University of Kashmir has been appointed as the Dean College Development Council, KU for a period of three years.
The appointment was made by the Vice-Chancellor of KU in exercise of powers vested to him under Section 19 A of the Jammu & Kashmir University Act.
Prof Shah has a teaching/research experience of more than 28 years with 90 research publications published in the national and international Journals of repute. He has guided 30 research scholars for their M Phil and Ph D programme in the field of Fish & Fisheries, Wildlife Ecology & Management in the Department of Zoology.
