JAMMU, Dec 15: Apni Party State general secretary, Youth Wing, Abhay Bakaya demanded in-depth investigation into the TRF threats to the PM Package list.
In a statement to the press, Abhay said that the TRF has issued another target list of PM package employees with all their details which is horrifying even as the Government is sleeping over the issue.
“The Government is not redressing the issues by relocating the PM package employees facing threat from the terror groups,” he said.
He said that the Government should utilize the services of the package employees in Jammu till the security situation improves.
“It is unfortunate that the situation is not suitable for them to serve in Kashmir. But the Government should constitute a Committee to look into the demands of these employees and hold probe into the repeated threats and leak of their credentials to the terror groups,” he said.
He said that the Lt Governor, Chief Secretary J&K and Director General of Police should ensure safety and security to the package as well as reserved category employees and minorities living in Valley.
He also demanded release of the salaries of these employees which have been stopped without any reasons despite knowing that they were facing life threat in Kashmir.
