PRM asks political parties to clear stand on empowerment of Jammu

JAMMU, Jan 10: Questioning political parties of their stand on “Political Empowerment of Jammu”, People’s Revolutionary Movement (PRM) wanted to know from political parties about their vision and roadmap regarding strengthen and empowerment of Jammu.
Talking to media persons here, today, PRM leader Rajinder Jamwal asked the political parties to apprise the people about their agenda on Jammu, as seven decade old, miseries, apathy, discrimination, injustice and maltreatment to the region is because of dubious, partisan and Valley centric role and polices of both Government and political parties.
He said now time has come when these political parties have to spell out their agenda, vision and roadmap for political empowerment of Jammu.
Smelling a rat in the design  of those who are at the helm of affairs in getting foreign Nationals (Myanmairi and Bangladeshi) settled in Jammu, he questioned that under which law it all has been facilitated and the political parties should reveal that how these foreign national could got transported to Jammu.
Jamwal further elaborated that if people struggling on roads from last seven decades could not even get their civic rights then how come these foreign nationals have straight way been transported to Jammu is a serious question.
Cautioning the self proclaimed experts of Kashmir including those of fledgling political parties of not dragging themselves in already volatile situation of Jammu and Kashmir, Mr. Jamwal urged the political class of the country not to issue passing references every now and then as it concerns the national security, foreign policy of the county and above all the interest of the local inhabitants.
Others who were present in the press conference included  D.K Khajuria (former President Bar Association Jammu), Attresh Dutta, Pankaj Jamwal and Virender Singh.
