JAMMU, Nov 4: Senior BJP leader, former Minister, and BJP National Executive Member, Priya Sethi took a significant step towards enhancing connectivity in Jammu by inaugurating the blacktopping of the road from Circular Road to Panjtirthi.
Addressing the media after launching the roadwork, Priya Sethi underscored the considerable progress made in J&K under Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s leadership. She emphasized the transformative infrastructural advancements that have taken shape across the region. “The Modi Government is committed to bridging the infrastructural gaps in J&K. From road networks and bridges to healthcare and education, every sector has seen unprecedented development aimed at empowering citizens and driving sustainable economic growth,” she said.
Priya elaborated on how numerous projects, including new highways, rural road networks, and urban infrastructure upgrades, have reshaped the landscape of Jammu and the surrounding areas. “This blacktopping project is just one example of our continuous efforts to ensure that residents of J&K have access to high-quality facilities, irrespective of their location. The focus remains on connecting even the remotest regions of the Union Territory,” she added.
Additionally, the former Minister also highlighted how infrastructure development is crucial not only for connectivity but also for creating job opportunities, enhancing tourism, and improving the overall quality of life for local residents. She credited the Modi administration for its persistent efforts to bring tangible change to the ground, stating that the visible infrastructural improvements are a testament to the Government’s commitment to the region’s holistic development.
Priya also expressed her personal dedication to the cause, vowing to work relentlessly for the betterment of J&K. “I will continue to advocate for the needs and aspirations of the people. Together, we will ensure that Jammu and Kashmir shines as a model of development and progress,” she asserted.
